One of the easiest and effective methods to use when composing images is the Rule of Thirds.
The Rule of Thirds is a very popular technique that a lot of photographers use. Applying this rule helps to bring the object photographed into the center of the attention of the viewer.
This technique is also often used by marketers and designers for their ads.
It’s an easy to apply technique, though it will take some practice.
To start, you divide your image into 9 equal boxes, then bring your subject matter into one of the intersecting lines between those boxes – illustrated by the red circles in the diagram below.
Using this technique for your images often adds to its visual appeal, as it draws the viewer’s eye towards your subject in a balanced, beautiful manner.
